Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice any mistakes in the shipping address after placing your order, please email us at hello@toywiser.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT" so we can correct it before the order is shipped. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address, Toy Wiser cannot offer compensation or reshipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 2-4 business days to appear, so we appreciate your patience.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Toy Wiser is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered but reported lost or stolen afterward.
