Refund Policy
Change of Mind
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you wish to modify details such as size or variant, please contact our support team at hello@toywiser.com within this 12-hour window, before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it will no longer be eligible for changes or cancellations.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and unwashed)
- In its original packaging, with all tags intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@toywiser.com. Items returned without first contacting us for approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt at hello@toywiser.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by evaluating the situation and offering either a replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Toy Wiser is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered but reported lost or stolen afterward.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following our return policy, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you receive your desired item as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for your refund to be processed and posted to your account.
